Awesome. Neither of them is the bad guy or the enemy. Some chasms just can't be crossed. Only living through time and new experiences can change the perceptions we now live with.

Lovely story. Both characters were done very realistically.
Author's Response: Thank you! I figured it was time for something this challenging... Most of my oneshots hinge on the character I'm working to have depth, and the others to rely on the depth they already had from the books. I wanted to give both of them depth, which might not have turned out as well as I'd hoped, but it was fun. And I'm glad that it came across that way... I'm rambling. Sorry. Little overexcited about the review...
