So happy to see Nessie patching things up with her family. All though I seriously wanted to slap Edward around a bit (much), in the end it looks like things are going to work out.

Author's Response:

Hi there, thank so much for the review :)  Yes, a reunion was well overdue.  Poor Edward, I don't think you were the only one, though I felt a bit bad for him even as I wrote it.  Anyway all's well that ends well :)   Thanks again, speak to you soon, Mad :)

So happy to see Emmet stepping in and reaching out. Really hope things can work out and then we can get a HEA!

Author's Response:

Hi there, thanks for the review.  Yes, Emmett seemed to be the most likely member of the family to take positive action.  Let's hope things work out *crosses fingers*.  Speak to you soon, thanks again, Mad :)

I think Emmett, Leo, and Jake should get their own spin off series! So glad Emmett showed up and will hopefully fix things!

Author's Response:

OMG I can't believe it took me so long to thank you for this review *slaps wrist*.  Thank you very much.  I wouldn't mind if Emmett, Jake and Leo had a spin-off series, ha ha ha.  They should go on a road trip to Vegas :)  I think that Emmett will now be working overtime to bring the family together.  Speak to you soon, take care, Mad :)

oh dear a Cullen on a budget! Sounds like Nessie is off to a good start thanks to Leo!

Author's Response:

Hi there, thanks for the review :)  I must admit that it was worth writing that chapter just to picture a Cullen trying to economise!  Ah well, at least she'll get some good advice from those around her :)  Speak to you soon, thanks again, Mad :)

Lack of economist is better title of chapter. Ness seems to have been a little slow in realizing consequence of shredding cards. Alice will see any jewerly Ness puts up on eBay. Jake is as bad as Edward and Nessie as bad as Bella when comes to being taken care of and being independent. At least they kept their cool and reached a compromise. She did think about what to sell, just not first thing to mind. Nice to talk to Leo, he gives some good advice to others, shame he can't see is own situation with Kathy better and give himself some good advice that would work. Happy Easter to you and yours.

Author's Response:

Thanks for the review :)  Ha ha, yes, that chapter title was definitely chosen in irony!  I suppose that if you've spent a lifetime never thinking about money, it might take a few days to realise that you need it :)  Nessie will go through dealers and auction houses to sell her valuables, but as you say, there is always a risk of Alice seeing them!  It's probably lucky for Nessie that Jake is not in the financial position to do what Edward did to Bella (which did seem a little suffocating).  Leo is quite sensible when it comes to other people's lives, it's only when it comes to his own problems that his sense deserts him...  Anyway, have a great week, take care, Mad :)

Poor Charlie, what is it about those Swan girls and their impromptu vacations?

Sad to see Katherine go, hopefully next time we'll see her and Leo back together!

Author's Response:

Yeah, they don't exactly make his life easy, though he's probably grown accustomed to it by now, ha ha!  Thanks for the review and rating, speak to you soon, Mad :)

Seattle is not on the peninsula, so Kathy could have stayed and the Cullens can move into an area outside of the Olympic peninsula. Likely easier for Jacob that Kathy did leave, but really sad and Nessie could do with her vampire friend closer. Hope they do stay in touch via email or phone or snail mail. Interesting comment Kathy said about holding a grudge against a loved one forever...hopefully she heads south to SF. Nice to hear Leah calmed down and found her special someone.

Author's Response:

Hi there :)  Thanks for the great review.  Although it's not on the peninsula, Katherine thinks that Seattle is still a little too close to the wolves, especially if she wants to hunt in the forest.  She's probably right, knowing that she  was living nearby might cause dissent in the pack.  But they will stay in touch :)  And as for the 'grudge', I think that after everything that happened in Alaska, Katherine's starting to consider her own life.  And that's why she really wants things to work out for Nessie. I also want Leah to have some happiness :)  Anyway, thanks again, have a lovely week, Mad :)

This has been a long time coming, but I hate to see it happen. I hope for Nessie's sake the Cullen's will realize what they've done and patch things up with Jake. I wonder how Charlie will take the news?

Author's Response:

soz for the late reply!  Thanks for the review and rating :)  Yes that confrontation was definitely a long time coming! ha ha.  There is a lot of patching up to do.  Speak to you soon, have a great week, Mad :)

Long review posted on FFn. It would not let me paste it here and didn't think it would stay on long enough to type it. In short: brutal chapter, angry at all of them, too many low blows thrown on all sides. Circumstances of Jasper's latest slip? Chapter title appropriate. Hopefully they do reconcile. Hard place for Jacob and Renesmee. Wait patiently until mid March. Take care. aw

Author's Response:

Sorry, I'm a bit late with this thank you.  Thanks for the lovely reviews :)  I agree, there are a lot of low blows on both sides, but there's always hope... I'll speak to you v soon, thanks again.  Have a lovely week, Mad :)

It's still just as mortifying no matter how many times you read it! "Pena ajena" is when you see/read/hear something SO embarrassing that you actually FEEL that other person's embarrassment. : )

Author's Response:

Hi :)  Thanks for the review and rating (lucky me!)  Glad the mortification doesn't get old ;)  I think that saying is great, and completely apt.  I certainly recognise that feeling!  Thanks again, speak to you soon, Mad :)
